Ask the Pontiac Assistant
The Pontiac Assistant can be used as an additional troubleshooting resource when reviewing Campaign and Line delivery.
Users can ask the Assistant questions about platform settings, troubleshooting messages, targeting configuration, pacing, Deals, creatives, and other Campaign setup questions.
For full documentation, see Pontiac Assistant: In Platform Chatbot.

For the most useful response, provide relevant context such as:
- Advertiser ID or Name
- Campaign ID or Name
- Line ID or Name
- Creative ID
- Deal ID
- Troubleshoot error or warning
- Relevant Bid Metrics
- Expected versus actual delivery behavior
Example questions include:
- Why is Campaign ID: 1234 not spending?
- What does this Troubleshoot warning mean?
- Why do I have Eligible Requests but no Bids?
- How do Campaign and Line targeting interact?
- What could be preventing my creative from serving on a Deal?
The Pontiac Assistant can help guide troubleshooting, while the platform’s Bid Data, Blockers, Troubleshoot checks, and Inventory Availability tools provide the underlying delivery information needed for investigation.
Example
Prompt:
Why is Campaign ID: 1234 not spending?
Pontiac Assistant Response:
Here is what is going on with campaign 1234 (“ABC Example”).
Overall status: the campaign itself is active, and it did spend earlier — $100 of its $300 budget, but pacing shows it stopped spending. Looking at the bid funnel, requests and bids were healthy through August 1st at 5pm, then collapsed to essentially zero bids placed since then. So this isn’t “never delivered,” it’s “stopped delivering on the evening of the 1st.”
The cause, from the troubleshoot checks on both active lines (56789 “A” and 24680 “B”):
- Deal media type mismatch (the big one, and it lines up with the timing). Your change history shows that at 2026-08-15 16:55, a deal list called “CTV Deals” (100 deals) was added to this campaign’s targeting. Pontiac’s check says every one of those deals has a media type that doesn’t match the creatives currently associated with these lines (six html5 banner creatives). That addition is almost certainly what killed delivery — the timestamp matches exactly where your bid volume drops off in the bid-ratio data.
What I’d suggest:
- Review the “CTV Deals” deal list (id 10) against the creatives on these lines. Either swap in creatives whose media type matches those deals, or remove/replace the mismatched deals from the line/campaign’s deal targeting.
