Reach/Frequency Report

The Reach/Frequency Report provides insight into the number of unique users or devices reached by selected Advertisers, Campaigns, and Lines during the Reporting Interval.

The report includes:

  • Unique Device IDs (IFAs)
  • Unique IP Addresses
  • Unique Cookies IDs
  • Impressions Served

Use these values to estimate average Frequency for each identifier type: Frequency = Impressions Served ÷ Unique Identifier Count

For example, if a Campaign served 100,000 Impressions across 25,000 unique Device IDs, the estimated Device ID Frequency would be 4 Impressions per Device ID.

Because Device IDs, IP Addresses, and Cookie IDs use different methods to identify users or devices, each may produce a different Reach and Frequency estimate.
