{"id":16283,"date":"2026-10-20T15:29:11","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T15:29:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/?docs=platform-updates\/new-features\/october-2026\/active-status-troubleshoot-check-update"},"modified":"2026-10-20T15:30:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T15:30:08","slug":"active-status-troubleshoot-check-update","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/?docs=platform-updates\/new-features\/october-2026\/active-status-troubleshoot-check-update","title":{"rendered":"Active Status Troubleshoot Check Update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Release Date: October 21st, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The existing Advertiser, Campaign, and Line Status Troubleshoot Check has been renamed to <strong>Active Status<\/strong> and now includes the current Flight when Flights are enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This check verifies that the Advertiser, Campaign, Line, and current Flight (if applicable) are all active and eligible for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Possible Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pass:<\/strong> All applicable objects are active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fail:<\/strong> One or more objects are inactive. The check identifies the inactive objects by name and ID so users can update their status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Warning:<\/strong> Flights are enabled, but no Flight covers the current date. This may be intentional if delivery is paused.
