Campaign-level targeting should be used when the targeting criteria apply to all Lines within the Campaign. Line-level targeting can be used to define a more specific strategy for an individual Line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When targeting is applied at both levels, an Impression must satisfy the applicable <strong>Campaign and Line targeting requirements<\/strong> to be eligible to serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some targeting fields support <strong>Allow Lists<\/strong> and <strong>Block Lists<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Allow List:<\/strong> Restricts delivery to the selected values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Block List:<\/strong> Excludes the selected values from delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Targeting restrictions are cumulative.
