Pixels can be placed on an Advertiser\u2019s website or used with Creatives depending on the desired measurement or audience-building workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pixels are created and managed at the <strong>Advertiser level<\/strong>.
