class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshoot Checks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Troubleshoot<\/strong> section on the Line Performance tab automatically runs a series of checks to help identify common delivery blockers related to Campaign and Line setup, Audiences, Creatives, Deals, budgets, Dayparts, Targeting, bidding, and auction performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troubleshoot Checks can return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pass:<\/strong> The applicable delivery requirement is satisfied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Warning:<\/strong> The check could not be fully verified or part of the configuration requires review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fail:<\/strong> The check identified a condition that may prevent or limit delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available checks include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Advertiser, Campaign, and Line Status:<\/strong> Confirms that the Advertiser, Campaign, and Line are all Active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Associated Audience Valid Records:<\/strong> Confirms that associated Audiences contain valid records that can be used for Targeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Auction Win Validation:<\/strong> Confirms that the Line has recently won auctions and served Impressions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bid Price vs. Deal Floor Validation:<\/strong> Confirms that the Line\u2019s bid meets or exceeds the floor price of targeted Deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creative Active Status:<\/strong> Confirms that at least one associated Creative is Active.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creative Approval Status:<\/strong> Confirms that at least one associated Creative is approved and eligible to serve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creative Duration Compatibility:<\/strong> Confirms that at least one associated video or audio Creative duration is supported by the targeted Deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creative Size Compatibility:<\/strong> Confirms that at least one associated Creative size is supported by the targeted Deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creative Sensitive Category Compatibility:<\/strong> Confirms that Creatives with sensitive categories are targeted to inventory that allows those categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Daily Budget:<\/strong> Confirms that the Line has a calculated Daily Budget greater than zero and has remaining budget available to spend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dayparts Status:<\/strong> Confirms whether the Line is currently inside an active Daypart window and eligible to serve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Bid Request Availability:<\/strong> Confirms that targeted Deals are actively sending bid requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Device Type Compatibility:<\/strong> Confirms that targeted Device Types align with Device Types observed on the targeted Deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Exchange Compatibility:<\/strong> Confirms that targeted Exchanges align with the Exchanges serving the targeted Deals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Inventory Type Compatibility:<\/strong> Confirms that the Line\u2019s selected Inventory Type is compatible with at least one targeted Deal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Media Type Compatibility:<\/strong> Confirms that the associated Creative type is compatible with the Media Type of at least one targeted Deal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Publisher Approval Status:<\/strong> Confirms that applicable publisher approval requirements have been satisfied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Required Field Presence:<\/strong> Confirms that targeted Deals are passing any fields required for the Line\u2019s configuration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Targeting Intersection:<\/strong> Confirms that Campaign- and Line-level Deal Targeting overlap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Device Targeting Intersection:<\/strong> Confirms that Campaign- and Line-level Device Targeting overlap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exchange Targeting Intersection:<\/strong> Confirms that Campaign- and Line-level Exchange Targeting overlap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Geo Targeting Intersection:<\/strong> Confirms that Campaign- and Line-level Geo Targeting overlap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Microsoft Creative Audit Approval:<\/strong> When applicable, confirms that at least one associated Creative is approved for the Microsoft exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <strong>Troubleshoot Checks<\/strong> together with <strong>Bid Data<\/strong>, <strong>Blockers<\/strong>, and <strong>Inventory Availability<\/strong> to determine where delivery may be restricted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> If no Deals are targeted and the Line is using open exchange inventory, Deal-specific checks are treated as not applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For complete Pass, Warning, and Fail
