{"id":14149,"date":"2026-08-03T15:38:19","date_gmt":"2026-08-03T15:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/?docs=platform-updates\/new-features\/august-2026\/targeting-split-by-comma-feature"},"modified":"2026-08-03T18:22:37","modified_gmt":"2026-08-03T18:22:37","slug":"targeting-split-by-comma-feature","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/?docs=platform-updates\/new-features\/august-2026\/targeting-split-by-comma-feature","title":{"rendered":"Targeting Split by Comma Feature"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Release Date: August 4th, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new Split by Commas button is available in both the Campaign and Line targeting fields that support multiple values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The button is available in the following targeting tabs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Channel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publisher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Series<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multi Field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When selected, the button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Replaces each comma with a line break<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removes extra spaces around each value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removes blank entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allows you to review and edit the results before saving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tooltip: Replaces each comma with a line break. Review the results before saving and restore any commas that belong within a value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">User Input:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Barbie, Oppenheimer, , I, Robot<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After clicking Split by Commas, the input box will display:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>Barbie\nOppenheimer\nI\nRobot<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because some values may contain commas, review the results before saving.
