Always use the exact Deal ID supplied to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Common examples include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DVPlus: 13-character string with prefix + hyphen + digits (e.g., MGNI-AP-17821)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freewheel: 14-character string with prefix + hyphens + digits (e.g., FWM-USD-00679)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Index: \u2018IX\u2019 character prefix + 18 or more alphanumeric string (e.g., IX1MPDSPLiveSportsOTTG4eqZIAR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Magnite: Deal ID formats vary by publisher\/SSP and may not match the examples below. Always use the deal ID provided to you. Once saved, the Deal is available for targeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deal Has Not Yet Been Ingested\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The following warning will appear:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are not currently any records for this deal. The deal can still be created but please check back for avails to ensure that the deal was activated on the SSP\/publisher side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If Pontiac has not yet received bid requests for the Deal, it can still be created manually and associated with the Seat in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Deal will not become active until Pontiac begins receiving bid requests from the SSP or publisher, but creating it in advance allows the Campaign or Line targeting to be configured before launch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) Deals, importing and configuring the Deal before bid requests begin is recommended so the Campaign can be prepared for launch as early as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"743\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2026-07-07-141446-1024x743.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13883\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2026-07-07-141446-1024x743.png 1024w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2026-07-07-141446-300x218.png 300w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2026-07-07-141446-768x557.png 768w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2026-07-07-141446.png 1520w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the Required Fields:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auction Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Floor Price<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Media Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PG Deal checkbox, if applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting Imported Deals<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check Avails: After importing a Deal, review the <strong>Avails<\/strong> column in the <strong>Inventory > Negotiated Deals<\/strong> section.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avails represents the approximate number of available bid requests received for the Deal during the selected <strong>Reporting Interval<\/strong>. Use this field to confirm that Pontiac has started receiving traffic for the imported Deal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"303\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-29-075121-1024x303.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12099\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-29-075121-1024x303.png 1024w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-29-075121-300x89.png 300w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-29-075121-768x227.png 768w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-29-075121-1536x454.png 1536w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Screenshot-2025-10-29-075121-2048x605.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Deal does not appear or no requests are being received, common causes include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Incorrect Platform Endpoint:<\/strong> Confirm that the publisher or SSP sent the Deal to the correct Pontiac endpoint:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pontiac Intelligence:<\/strong> CTV, Video, or Audio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pontiac \u2013 Web:<\/strong> Display<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deal Date Issue:<\/strong> Confirm the Deal\u2019s <strong>Start Date and End Date<\/strong> with the publisher or SSP.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the Start Date is in the future, the Deal may not yet be visible or sending bid requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the End Date has passed or was not extended for the current Campaign flight, the Deal may no longer be sending bid requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best Practices<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Always ask publishers to set the deal start date as immediate, rather than matching the campaign start date. This ensures the deal can be seen and configured in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a Deal does not appear, first confirm the platform endpoint and <strong>Start Date<\/strong> with the publisher or SSP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If both the seat and start date are confirmed and the deal still cannot be found, it may be related to a sync issue. Deals are processed through multiple servers, so occasionally something may not sync correctly along the way.
