Use it to define strategy-specific criteria that should apply only to that Line. Campaign and Line Targeting are evaluated together. It allows users to automatically create a curated Deal through Index or Microsoft using the Line\u2019s targeting configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When enabled, Pontiac creates a Deal in the selected partner\u2019s marketplace that mirrors the applicable Line targeting parameters and automatically associates it with the Line. This can help increase scale by making inventory available through a curated Deal without requiring manual Deal creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curation supports Display and Video Campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"339\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2026-10-07-145143-1024x339.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16043\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2026-10-07-145143-1024x339.png 1024w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2026-10-07-145143-300x99.png 300w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2026-10-07-145143-768x254.png 768w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2026-10-07-145143-1536x508.png 1536w, https:\/\/wiki.pontiac.media\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Screenshot-2026-10-07-145143-2048x677.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available Curation Options<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Index Curation: Enable Use Index Curated Deal to automatically create a curated Deal through Index Exchange.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Index Curation \u2013 Target CTR (Optional): Index Curation also provides an optional Use Target CTR feature that attempts to filter inventory based on a selected Click-Through Rate (CTR) goal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When enabled, select a Target CTR threshold from the available dropdown options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Higher than 0%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.01% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.02% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.05% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.075% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.1% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.15% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.2% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.5% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1% or Higher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Important: Higher CTR goals introduce more restrictive inventory filtering and may limit delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Curation: Enable Use Microsoft Curated Deal to automatically create a curated Deal through Microsoft Exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both options can be enabled on the same Line and require the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exchange targeting includes Index and\/or Microsoft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All creatives associated to the line must be of one media type: display or video<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geo targeting must be more granular than Regions or an audience must be attached that pushed to a curation platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Configuring Curation Targeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new Line or open an existing Line in Edit mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the Targeting section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under Inventory, select Curation from the Targeting dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable Use Index Curated Deal and\/or Use Microsoft Curated Deal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm that the Line meets the applicable Exchange, creative, and targeting requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Save to apply the targeting configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important Considerations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Validation\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the required curation conditions are not met, the Line will fail to save and the user will be redirected to the Line setup page to correct the configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campaign and Line Targeting\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Although Curation is configured at the Line level, Campaign level targeting requirements still apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the Campaign\u2019s inventory, geographic, Audience, and other applicable targeting restrictions do not conflict with the Line\u2019s curated Deal configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inventory Availability\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Curation can help increase scale but does not guarantee delivery.
